As your rent guarantor, Housing Hand leaves you to sit back, relax, and pay your rent monthly. This may not go as planned however.
If you, as a tenant, cannot pay your rent, or if a tenant in your property misses a monthly payment, Housing Hand will be invoiced and will take it from there.
